Join my gentle, supportive mat-based class designed specifically for mums in the early stages of postpartum recovery. This class focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, relieving tension, and restoring function after pregnancy and birth all in a safe, baby friendly environment.
Babies (pre-crawling/walking) are welcome to join you on the mat, so you don’t have to worry about childcare. Whether you're looking to heal diastasis recti, support pelvic floor recovery, or simply move and connect with other new mums, this class is for you.
Take some time for you, to heal, to move, and to feel strong again, while bonding with your little one and meeting others on the same journey.
No prior fitness experience required. Just bring your mat, your baby, and your beautiful postpartum self.

If you are unable to attend a session they are transferrable to the following term. Please make sure I have a minimum of 24 hours notice for classes you wish to transfer/unable to attend. If for any reason you can't change to a in person class you will be offered a video session you can do at home.
